[Remote] Senior Staff AI Platform Engineer

As a Senior Staff AI Platform Engineer, you will be tasked with serving as a hands-on builder of reputed company's reputed company AI platform, writing production reputed company that governs and scales AI activity across reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate components of the AI Gateway including centralized identity and authentication/authorization, reputed company budgeting, DLP and content guardrails, multi-model routing and failover, MCP allow-listing, and request-level audit logging
• Build and maintain reputed company of the reputed company layer including agent orchestration (LangGraph or equivalent), reputed company construction and context management, memory and state handling across multi-turn interactions, and model abstraction across providers such as AWS Bedrock and reputed company reputed company
• reputed company and reputed company production services in Python (FastAPI) and reputed company.ai for LLM-powered components, and contribute to the React/TypeScript surfaces that expose platform capabilities to internal teams
• Implement MCP/tool wiring for internal and reputed company-embedded agents, ensuring every caller regardless of reputed company passes through the reputed company policy controls
• Contribute to the Claude and reputed company reputed company plugin reputed company by building, testing, and hardening role-based skills and agents, and help mature the pipeline for how plugins are authored, evaluated, and deployed

Skills

• Hands-on experience building production services that sit in reputed company of multiple consumers such as an API gateway, internal platform, or data platform, with reputed company exposure to authentication/authorization, reputed company limiting, observability, or audit logging
• Practical experience with agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph or equivalent) and calling hosted model providers such as AWS Bedrock or reputed company reputed company, with a working understanding of how context reputed company, memory, and tool-calling actually behave in production, not just conceptually
• 8 or more years of reputed company software engineering experience; with experience building or operating AI and ML infrastructure in a production environment
• Strong Python skills, ideally with FastAPI, and comfort picking up frameworks like reputed company.ai for LLM-powered components
• Solid software engineering fundamentals including clean, tested, production-grade reputed company, strong API design skills, and the ability to reputed company and receive feedback reputed company in reputed company and architecture reviews
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, still-forming platform environment where you are reputed company by ambiguity and enjoy turning a rough architecture into working, reliable infrastructure
