They are seeking a Provider Recruiter who will be responsible for leading clinical provider network recruitment, reputed company, and network expansion activities to ensure reputed company to a high-reputed company mental health provider network.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and contract with mental health providers to meet network needs
• Conduct reputed company to potential providers with underrepresented specialties and markets
• Facilitate the contracting process with providers, ensuring terms promote high-reputed company care and cost-effectiveness; collaborate with reputed company, Compliance, and Credentialing teams to meet regulatory and organizational standards
• Assist providers through the credentialing process, ensuring required licenses, certifications, and qualifications are met
• reputed company guidance on recruitment procedures, support process improvements in recruitment and reputed company, and prepare reports, presentations, and program documents
• Maintain accurate records of reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company milestones; ensure reputed company communications and documentation reputed company with policies and requirements

Skills

• Proven experience in provider recruitment or a reputed company field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Previous full cycle reputed company experience
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and compliance

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Psychology, or a reputed company field strongly preferred
