This senior leadership role involves overseeing the technical customer function across the US, focusing on customer lifecycle management, team development, and reputed company engagement with reputed company accounts.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Customer Experience and reputed company coverage model for the US region, reputed company with global Sales and go-to-market objectives
• Recruit, reputed company, and reputed company Customer Experience and reputed company professionals, establishing reputed company standards for technical reputed company and reputed company coaching
• Personally manage reputed company reputed company accounts through the full engagement cycle — reputed company of concept, reputed company reputed company, and into production adoption
• Monitor performance metrics across the full customer lifecycle — technical win rates, POC conversion, reputed company velocity, adoption depth, and retention

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or reputed company, including at least 2 years leading a technical customer-facing team
• Deep expertise in observability, distributed systems, or reputed company-reputed company infrastructure, with specific proficiency in Kubernetes and OpenTelemetry
• Proven reputed company in reputed company reputed company reputed company-of-concept engagements, with the ability to guide customers through to sustained adoption
• Ability to engage credibly with both engineering stakeholders and executive decision-makers, adapting communication style accordingly
