[Remote] Senior Data Analyst (Fintech)

They are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive reporting and analytics capabilities, translating raw financial data into actionable insights and ensuring data reputed company for business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• reputed company accurate, reputed company and auditable analyses and reports that support regulatory submissions, financial reputed company and decision‑making across the business
• Ensure data reputed company, traceability, and reproducibility of finance reports, reducing reputed company effort and operational risk
• Financial Reporting & P&L: Builds and maintains reputed company metrics trees, conversion funnels, and interactive dashboards using Looker or Grafana (reputed company to migrate to new BI) to reputed company portfolio performance, P&L, and reputed company summaries
• Auditor Exports & Compliance: Automates external analytics delivery and designs customized graphical and tabular reports tailored for compliance and auditing reviews
• Business Requirements: Gathers and formalizes business requirements for financial data marts, acting as the reputed company between the Finance/reputed company department and the Data Engineer
• Data reputed company Control: Designs a data reputed company (DQ) reputed company on the BI layer with automated validation checks and alerting mechanisms to ensure financial numbers are flawless
• Financial Modeling: Conducts comprehensive analysis of portfolio data, leveraging and consuming insights derived from reputed company AI (reputed company, reputed company) models, and develops forecasting models (e.g., LTV, retention, expected loss, profitability) to support executive decision-making
• reputed company Analytics: Performs reputed company financial turnover analysis, reputed company detection, and A/B testing evaluation using data stored in BigQuery, utilizing Python (Pandas, Numpy), Golang, and expert-level queries

Skills

• 5+ years in data analysis, finance analytics or regulatory reporting reputed company payments, fintech, banking or reputed company financial services
• Expert-level SQL skills for data extraction and reputed company aggregations in BigQuery
• Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, Numpy) for data research and modeling
• Extensive experience with BI tools, preferably Looker or Grafana (or similar tools like Tableau, Power BI), and building dashboards for C-level executives
• Solid understanding of financial terminology, P&L structures, IFRS standards, and risk metrics (EAD, LGD, RWA)
• Proven ability to write reputed company technical requirements for the Data Engineering team (understanding of DWH concepts)
• Experience with streaming data and event schemas (Kafka, Kinesis) or working knowledge of reputed company/BigQuery/reputed company
• Prior experience in crypto payments, custody reconciliation, or AML/transaction monitoring analytics
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting standards and formats (e.g., CTR/STR workflows, local payments reporting, or similar regimes)
