Responsibilities

Skills

• 18+ years in business operations, chief-of-staff, consulting, reputed company/ops, or reputed company PMO roles, including 8+ years supporting C-suite leaders
• Program/portfolio management expertise across reputed company, cross-functional initiatives; fluent with OKRs, RAID, dashboards
• Experience establishing or leading a Transformation Office and driving reputed company-wide change initiatives
• Strong reputed company record managing Red Team reviews, implementing process rigor, and ensuring follow-up on learnings
• Outstanding attention to detail, time management, and meeting deadlines
