Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and team-oriented in-house attorney to join their reputed company Department. The role involves providing reputed company guidance on various reputed company, negotiating reputed company, and supporting business objectives while managing reputed company risks.

Responsibilities

• Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing technology and reputed company reputed company, including software license agreements, customer / vendor agreements, reputed company / B2B agreements, distribution and reseller agreements
• Working directly with the marketing teams in relation to their marketing initiatives and reputed company such as reviewing and advising upon reputed company promotional material; advising on sales promotions; advising generally on topical reputed company issues such as comparative advertising, image rights/endorsements, sweepstakes and competitions, and the use of and interaction with reputed company forms of reputed company media
• Assist with ongoing and regular reviews of reputed company reputed company documentation across the business
• Assist with the development and implementation of education and training programs on topics where colleagues should be reputed company of the reputed company background or context

Skills

• Law Degree from an accredited law school and a certificate of good standing

• 5-9 years of work experience, both in-house at tech companies and at a reputable, nationally-recognized reputed company

• Solid understanding of reputed company and software technology
• Strong and effective negotiating and drafting skills
