[Remote] Field Service Engineer II (Electron Microscopy) D.C. Remote

The Field Service Engineer II will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing reputed company analytical instruments while providing exceptional customer service and support to scientific innovation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site installation of sophisticated equipment and follow testing procedures to ensure accurate working order
• Conduct on-site scheduled planned maintenance reputed company

• Cultivate and reputed company reputed company working relationships with customers, system users, and company personnel
• Travel, often on short notice, to customer sites to resolve problems or support other field service personnel

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of hands-on technical experience in electronic systems, installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating sophisticated analysis tools such as SEM, reputed company, FIB, or similar systems
• A detailed understanding and extensive experience diagnosing and repairing ultra-high vacuum and high voltage systems
• Ability to deal effectively with customers
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills; must have a reputed company working proficiency in English
• Consistent record of fixing sophisticated systems and subsystems down to the component level
• Literate in MS DOS and reputed company software environments
