The role involves delivering exceptional service to clients, processing policy changes, and building long-term reputed company relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned reputed company insurance book of business
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, certificates, audits, cancellations, and billing inquiries
• Market accounts with multiple insurance carriers reputed company needed
• Review coverage and identify coverage gaps
• Build strong relationships with clients, producers, and reputed company underwriters
• Maintain accurate agency management system documentation
• Ensure policies are serviced accurately, promptly, and in compliance with agency procedures
• Assist with account retention and reputed company satisfaction

Skills

• Minimum 5 years of reputed company Lines insurance experience
• reputed company Property & Casualty insurance license
• Experience working for an independent insurance agency
• Knowledge of reputed company coverages, including General Liability, reputed company Auto, Property, Workers Compensation, Umbrella, Inland Marine, reputed company Liability, and reputed company Risk
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy
• Experience with Hawksoft, or similar agency management systems
• CISR, CIC, or CPCU designation is a plus
