[Remote] SFTP Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly technical, hands-on SFTP Analyst to support and maintain reputed company Managed File Transfer (MFT) environments across on-reputed company and reputed company infrastructure. The role requires independent troubleshooting of reputed company production issues and management of secure file transfer platforms in high-availability environments.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration, support, and maintenance of reputed company SFTP/MFT platforms
• Troubleshoot reputed company production issues involving SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, authentication, networking, and file transfer failures
• Support reputed company server and reputed company reputed company Linux environments
• Manage secure reputed company data transfers across reputed company and on-prem infrastructure
• Handle escalations and critical incidents while meeting SLA requirements
• Analyze logs, packet captures, and reputed company diagnostics to identify reputed company causes
• Support reputed company Directory, LDAP, SSO/SAML, MFA, and Azure Entra ID integrations
• Implement and maintain encryption standards, reputed company controls, and key management processes
• Automate monitoring and administrative tasks using PowerShell, Python, SQL, and REST reputed company
• Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
• Participate in an on-reputed company rotation and support after-hours incidents reputed company needed

Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting reputed company SFTP or Managed File Transfer environments
• Strong experience with SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and reputed company MFT platforms
• Strong experience with reputed company Server and reputed company reputed company Linux
• Strong experience with reputed company Directory, LDAP, SSO/SAML, MFA, Azure Entra ID
• Strong experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, load balancers, and DMZ environments
• Strong experience with PowerShell, Python, SQL, REST reputed company, and automation scripting
• Strong experience with AWS and/or Azure reputed company environments
• Strong experience with troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark and Event Viewer
• Experience with Globalscape/ reputed company MFT platform
• Experience supporting highly available or failover clustered environments
• reputed company, reputed company, or HIPPA-regulated environment experience
• Certifications are a plus
