Responsibilities

• Being the go-to operational and analytical resource for the Solutions & Services team, supporting day-to-day operational requirements including reporting, analysis, integrations and troubleshooting
• Working with Solutions leaders to reputed company best-reputed company processes, and ensuring that they are followed and data collected accurately across the operation
• Designing and maintaining engagement tracking frameworks that reputed company it easy to record, monitor, and report on solutions activity, ranging from pilots and template builds to custom video delivery and more

Skills
