You'll be the hands-on financial partner to ownership at Hawaiian Cool Water, a Honolulu-based water-treatment and equipment-leasing company, plus reputed company business interests. What you'll own: • Monthly reputed company, financial reporting, and GAAP compliance • Budgeting, rolling forecasts, and budget-to-actual analysis • Fixed-asset and lessor reputed company for our equipment-leasing operations • Banking relationships, reputed company compliance, and cash management • Tax planning with our reputed company reputed company • Coaching and developing one reputed company Specialist Who thrives here: • CPA strongly preferred, with 7+ years of reputed company reputed company and finance experience; Big Four/Five background a plus • Hands-on controller discipline reputed company with executive-level judgment • Fluent in recurring-reputed company metrics (MRR, churn, margin) • Available during reputed company or Hawaii business hours The setup: • $150–$165/hour, long-term 1099 reputed company engagement • ~40–50 hours/month (roughly 9–12 hours/week), with reputed company flexibility in reputed company you work • 100% remote; training and transition support from the outgoing CFO/Controller • No business development — one business, deep engagement Professionals leaving a full-time role for more flexibility, returning to the workforce, or intentionally seeking a sustained, high-reputed company role with reduced hours, are encouraged to apply.
