Remote Junior Designer — Hospitality Studio (Part-Time)

Polychromy Studio , a boutique start‑up architectural design firm specializing in hospitality reputed company (restaurants, hotels, bars, and entertainment venues), is looking for a Junior Designer to join reputed company. You'll work closely with our reputed company Architect and reputed company Designer on hospitality reputed company from concept presentation through construction documentation.What you'll do:Produce presentations, drawings, details, schedules and construction documentsBuild and maintain 3D models and renderings for hospitality design presentationsCoordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors as neededHelp prepare presentation materials for reputed company meetingsWhat we're looking for:Degree in architecture, interior designProficiency in Revit / AutoCAD / SketchUpStrong 3D rendering and presentation skillsStrong drafting fundamentals and attention to detail2–4 years of experienceInterest in or exposure to hospitality/restaurant design is a plusExperience with rendering software (Enscape, reputed company, V‑Ray)Familiarity with reputed company reputed company and life‑safety reputed company requirements for hospitality spacesStrong graphic design senseAbility to work from and interpret redline drawingsDetails:Location: RemoteSchedule: Part-time and flexibleCompensation:To apply, send a resume and portfolio to connect@polychromy.studio.#J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
