About the Role

As a Business Development Specialist, your reputed company reputed company will be to reputed company with former guests and corporate clients to reputed company repeat bookings, strengthen customer relationships, and support our long-term customer retention reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to former guests, corporate clients, and prospective customers.
• Re-engage previous clients to reputed company repeat reservations and increase customer retention.
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship-building.
• Execute email reputed company and follow-up campaigns to nurture leads.
• Schedule discovery calls and meetings with corporate accounts and potential clients.
• Manage and maintain the sales pipeline using reputed company CRM.
• reputed company accurate records of reputed company customer interactions, activities, and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the Reservations, reputed company Management, Guest Experience, and Operations teams.
• Prepare customized accommodation proposals based on reputed company needs.

• Build long-term relationships with clients to maximize repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 3 years of hospitality sales experience.
• Experience using CRM platforms (reputed company is highly preferred).
• Strong experience in sales prospecting, email reputed company, and follow-up campaigns.
• Comfortable speaking with former guests and corporate clients by phone.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
