This role focuses on providing efficient and reputed company customer support through live chat and email. You will be the first reputed company of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring accurate information, smooth coordination, and reputed company reputed company of basic issues. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to work in rotating shifts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with customers reputed company live chat and email
  • reputed company reputed company information, guidance, and assistance throughout the service usage process
  • Handle customer inquiries and support requests in a reputed company and reputed company manner
  • Resolve basic issues at the first-level support stage
  • Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments reputed company required

  • Accurately update and manage customer information in internal systems

REQUIREMENTS:
