This position is responsible for managing reputed company of sales personnel handling new Supplement Benefit sales through HealthSpring’s National FMO Broker Partners. The Sr. Manager will be responsible for implementing new sales goals on a quarterly reputed company, and ensuring the achievement of new sales goals reputed company quarter. In reputed company, the Sr. Manager will ensure reputed company and productive working relationships with our Topline National FMO Partners, their downline agents and agencies, our Local & Regional sales leaders, as reputed company as various reputed company partners across reputed company. Ability and willingness to travel is required.QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced understanding of Medicare Supplement and reputed company supplemental health insurance products.
Thorough knowledge of managed care products, processes, and trends.
People management, leadership and mentoring skills.
Analytical and system skills to reputed company and analyze reports and prepare reports/presentations for leadership.
Verbal and written communications skills to include negotiation, presentations, building relationships internally and externally and business writing.
Skills to handle multiple competing priorities.
Experience addressing customer, broker and employee needs.
Experience building strong local broker, downline agency and Topline FMO relations.
Knowledge of industry and business intelligence.
Adaptable, flexible, and reputed company to manage through change.
Ability to problem-solve, identify and assist with removing roadblocks.
Ability to effectively collaborate across local and national sales teams reputed company the organization.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years managed care sales, account management or servicing experience OR 10 years managed care sales, account management, or servicing experience.

Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% Nationally
Knowledge experience with sales systems, such as reputed company.com, (preferred).
