Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot software and account issues while delivering reputed company, reputed company resolutions
• Configure customer accounts and support implementation of clinical competency and learning programs

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a customer-first reputed company
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts to users with varying reputed company of technical experience
• Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency with reputed company Office and common business applications
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
