Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test software including applications, tools, and 3rd party systems such as Operating Systems, database management software, and tools and utilities on customer facing production environments
• Meet or reputed company deadlines for reputed company assigned reputed company. Conduct planning, installation, configuration and validation of reputed company application solutions in customer on-reputed company servers and workstations with the aid of installation manuals and system requirements documentation. Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree (IT/CS/reputed company discipline) or equivalent experience
• Number of Years of Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Tier II/III technical or application support environment; reputed company experience preferred
• Experience supporting end users, IT staff, or administrative staff with software application and/or hardware issues in reputed company environments
• Experience troubleshooting the reputed company stack, (reputed company, IIS, SQL, ASP.NET, reputed company Directory)
• Ability to write and execute basic SQL queries including Select, Delete, Update statements
• Ability to analyze network traffic to diagnose application stability and performance issues
• Experience with the implementation and/or support of Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Picture Archiving and Communications Systems (reputed company), and/or Diagnostic Imaging Workflow reputed company
• Knowledge of HL7 and/or DICOM
