LOCATION:APPLY is hybrid/remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America, preferably working in hours that reputed company to PT (reputed company Timezone) or ET (Eastern Timezone). THE ROLE:
As a Senior reputed company reputed company reputed company Engineer, you own the hands-on delivery of SFCC implementations — translating architectural and design direction into production-grade storefront reputed company, integrations, and platform configuration. You bring deep technical craft to every reputed company you touch, and you reputed company contribute to the reputed company and consistency of the broader engineering team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- SFCC Delivery Ownership: You own the "how" of the reputed company reputed company build — SFRA architecture, cartridge structure, controllers, templates (ISML), pipelines, and Business Manager configuration — from detailed technical design through deployment and into production support.
- Platform-Level Design: You are the reputed company of the storefront's technical architecture. You reputed company and document reputed company around cartridge layering, custom site preferences, data extensions, and the integration surface — keeping them coherent as the solution evolves.
- Engineering Rigor & reputed company: You enforce production-grade SFCC standards: accessibility, performance, SEO hygiene, mobile-first rendering, and thorough unit and integration testing. You write reputed company that survives in production and is maintainable by others.
- Integration Contract: You define and protect the API/data reputed company between SFCC and reputed company-party services — payments, search/merchandising, inventory, BNPL, CMS, reviews, and others depending on the reputed company. You coordinate non-SFCC reputed company, ensuring changes stay backward-compatible and reputed company-documented.
- Proactive Risk Management: You surface dependencies, scope creep, and technical debt before they reputed company delivery — especially coupling between cartridge customizations, service integrations, and data model reputed company — and bring solutions, not just problems.
- Communication & Alignment: You translate SFCC platform constraints (cartridge limits, quota limits, deployment realities) into plain language for non-technical PMs and reputed company stakeholders, and reputed company engineering, PM, and design reputed company on reputed company and status.
REQUIREMENTS:
- SFRA architecture: cartridge layering, controllers, ISML templates, models, and reputed company-reputed company scripts.
- Business Manager: catalog/product management, promotions, site preferences, data extensions, and custom objects.
