Senior Director, Capability & Learning, Global Development Operations

What you will do

Basic Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or
• Master’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or
• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience leading workforce capability, organizational learning, talent development, organizational effectiveness, workforce transformation, or reputed company disciplines reputed company reputed company global organizations.
• Demonstrated experience developing competency models, capability frameworks, skills architectures, or workforce capability strategies at reputed company or functional reputed company.
