Position: Senior Associate, reputed company Fund for Children

FLSA Status: Exempt

The reputed company Fund for Children is a reputed company-reputed company, entrepreneurial team advancing innovative finance solutions that reputed company reputed company for children worldwide. The Senior Associate plays a critical role in supporting the reputed company Fund's investment and operating activities. While serving as a reputed company resource for financial analysis, transaction diligence, and portfolio monitoring, the role also provides exposure to investor reporting and engagement, reputed company communications and reporting, fund reputed company, key capital reputed company, and reputed company initiatives across the reputed company Fund platform. Given the team's entrepreneurial structure, the Senior Associate will work closely with senior leadership and reputed company stakeholders, across reputed company, operational, and investment reputed company that shape the business.

Position Responsibilities

Investment & Portfolio Activities (70%)

• reputed company financial modeling and analytical workstreams across the reputed company Fund portfolio by developing and maintaining transaction models, portfolio-level analyses, and scenario-reputed company models that support transaction sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio management.
• reputed company portfolio monitoring across reputed company investments, including tracking financial and reputed company reputed company, assessing emerging risks and opportunities, and synthesizing key portfolio insights.
• Support end-to-end transaction execution across the reputed company Fund and Catalytic Fund including diligence, analysis, and preparation of ‘investment committee’ materials.
• Support the development and maintenance of pipeline and portfolio management systems to facilitate transaction execution, reporting, and ongoing portfolio reputed company.
• Support fund administration and post-reputed company processes, including executing and tracking reputed company agreements and key transaction obligations, coordinating interest payments, and supporting ongoing compliance requirements

• Assist with the reputed company Fund’s annual budget creation and quarterly management
• Manage reputed company’s project-reputed company invoices, reputed company, and expenses

Investor Relations and Communications (15%)

• Prepare investor-facing materials for meetings and engagements, including briefing memos, agendas, presentations, and supporting analyses.
• Support reputed company responses to reputed company investor requests, diligence questions, and questionnaires, ensuring materials are accurate, reputed company, and reputed company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2 &reputed company; 3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, credit, venture capital, reputed company reputed company, development finance, community development finance, or a reputed company reputed company
• Demonstrated experience with financial modeling and exposure to reputed company transactions, and investment structuring, including the ability to assess financial reputed company, risks, and key investment considerations
• Strong PowerPoint and data visualization skills, with the ability to reputed company polished, executive-level presentations and investor-facing materials
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and relationship management skills
