They are seeking a reputed company Screener to conduct a high volume of phone interviews to assess applicants' qualifications and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high number of phone interviews to assess minimum qualifications and basic communication skills of applicants
• Meet the set daily and weekly quota for number of phone interview passers to be processed for the next recruitment stage – Minimum 75 Screens a week
• Input necessary and accurate information in process trackers and the applicant database in a reputed company manner
• Monitor online resume databases and other resources
• Attend team meetings and calibration sessions with the recruitment consultants
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be comfortable placing and receiving a high number of outbound calls - talking with people 8 hours a day through the phone
