This role involves designing platform architecture, establishing governance, and developing reputed company solutions to enhance collaboration and service delivery across the organization.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the implementation, administration, and ongoing development of Jira Software and Jira Service Management
• Design and configure reputed company, workflows, issue types, request types, field configurations, screens, permissions, notification schemes, and reputed company models
• Build and optimize Jira Service Management portals, queues, SLAs, knowledge bases, and service request workflows
• Establish platform governance, standards, naming conventions, and administrative best practices

• Experience with Jira Automation
