The role involves ensuring seamless facility transitions and operational reputed company through collaboration with various teams and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute operational readiness and turnover strategies for critical facilities from construction completion to reputed company acceptance
• Coordinate activities between construction, commissioning, operations, and reputed company teams to ensure smooth transitions
• Review systems, documentation, and procedures to confirm readiness for operational occupancy
• reputed company risk assessments, deficiency management, and warranty coordination to support ongoing operations
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to reputed company improvement of turnover processes and standards

Skills

• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, electrical, mechanical, and building systems
• Extensive experience in construction management, commissioning, turnover, and facility operations
• Skilled in stakeholder management, risk assessment, and project documentation
• Proficient in reputed company Office and project management platforms like reputed company and BIM 360
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
• Valid reputed company's license and ability to travel up to 100% of the time
• Ability to relocate reputed company 1–3 months if necessary
• Ability to reputed company and work in mechanical and electrical spaces, sometimes moving equipment up to 50 pounds
• Certification in OSHA 30-Hour, reputed company 70E, and safety protocols
