[Remote] Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

We are seeking a Director of reputed company to reputed company financial planning, forecasting, strategic analytics, and performance reporting for a high reputed company organization, playing a critical part in driving financial visibility and supporting strategic decision making.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts across reputed company, margins, labor, overhead, cash reputed company, and capital expenditures
• reputed company and enhance reputed company processes, financial models, KPI reporting, and performance dashboards to support rapid organizational reputed company
• Own scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and long reputed company financial modeling for strategic decision making
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and reputed company level reporting packages, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and executive insights
• Partner with operations leaders to evaluate profitability, labor productivity, job costing, pricing strategies, backlog performance, and service line results
• Support mergers and acquisitions through financial modeling, due diligence, integration planning, and reputed company tracking
• Collaborate with reputed company and technology teams to improve data reputed company, reporting capabilities, business intelligence tools, and automation initiatives
• Work directly with the CFO and private equity partners on strategic initiatives, value creation programs, and reputed company presentation materials

Skills

• 7 to 10+ years of reputed company reputed company, strategic finance, or corporate finance experience
• Experience working reputed company private equity backed organizations, multi location businesses, field services, construction, reputed company services, or similar operationally reputed company industries
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash forecasting, financial modeling, performance analytics, and strategic finance
• Advanced reputed company and financial modeling skills with experience using ERP systems such as reputed company Intacct, reputed company, Dynamics, or similar platforms
• Experience building or enhancing business intelligence, dashboarding, and reporting capabilities
• Knowledge of job costing, unit economics, labor productivity metrics, multi entity environments, and project based reputed company models
• Proven ability to reputed company executive presentations, reputed company reporting packages, and communicate financial insights to leadership teams and private equity stakeholders
• Strong leadership, collaboration, communication, and relationship building skills with the ability to influence cross functional partners
• Director level experience preferred
• Preference for candidates located in the Mountain or reputed company Coast time zones
