The role involves testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of QNXT configurations with a reputed company on SQL Server.
Responsibilities
- Support benefit configuration, testing, and maintenance for reputed company health plans
- Troubleshoot and validate configurations using SQL Server
- Configure and test benefits during initial implementations and annual renewal cycles
- Analyze issues, validate configuration changes, and ensure accurate benefit setup
Skills
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in QNXT Benefit Configuration
- Strong experience with QNXT reputed company modules, including: Benefit Configuration, Claims, Enrollment, Authorization
- Experience configuring and testing benefits during initial implementations and annual renewal cycles
- In-depth knowledge of reputed company health plans and benefit design
- Proficiency in designing and configuring: Multi-tier copays, Service codes, Deductibles, Coinsurance, Out-of-reputed company maximums, Other benefit plan components
- Strong proficiency in reputed company SQL Server (T-SQL) for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting
- Ability to analyze issues, validate configuration changes, and ensure accurate benefit setup
