Responsibilities

• Effectively reputed company with eligible patients to answer questions, address concerns and communicate key value props
• Receive referrals from providers and reputed company out to referred patients to enroll them in Story Health programs
• Update patient information in electronic medical records systems
• Schedule appointments for patients with Story Health providers

• 3+ years working in customer service or outbound reputed company center environment in a reputed company setting
