[Remote] Vice President - National Accounts

The Vice President - National Accounts will support the Strategic Platforms Team by driving execution and ensuring alignment across various internal teams to enhance partner experiences and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support the Strategic Platforms effort by driving execution, coordination, and operational discipline across reputed company initiatives
• Serve as the day-to-day Integrator for Strategic Platforms, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and execution across Capital Formation, Investor Relations, and cross-functional Teams
• Partner with the Director, Strategic Platforms and Platform Leads to manage key home office relationships, including preparation, follow-up, and execution
• Coordinate internal Teams to ensure reputed company delivery of materials, responses, campaigns, and initiatives reputed company with home office expectations
• reputed company, manage, and advance initiatives stemming from home office meetings, due diligence requests, and strategic discussions
• Champion cross-functional collaboration to deliver a seamless and consistent Partner experience
• Support cross-marketing initiatives by coordinating with Marketing, Compliance, and Capital Formation to ensure readiness and execution
• Maintain reputed company communication of priorities, timelines, and responsibilities across Teams to ensure accountability and follow-through
• Prepare reporting, updates, and execution insights for the Director, Strategic Platforms and Capital Formation leadership
• Identify process improvements that enhance scalability, efficiency, and consistency across Strategic Platform relationships

Skills

• 7–10 years of experience in Strategic Platforms and/or platform distribution efforts
• Experience working with large Independent Broker/Dealers is required
• Working knowledge of investment classifications and structures
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in reputed company Office Suite with the ability to learn new systems quickly

• Proven ability to operate cross-functionally and support senior leaders
• Experience with Banks and Wirehouses is preferred
• Series 65 license is preferred
