[Remote] Network Engineer/ Project Technician

Responsibilities

• Configure, reputed company, and support firewalls, switches, wireless reputed company points, VPNs, and network equipment
• Install and maintain FortiGate, reputed company, Ubiquiti, Peplink/Pepwave, and other networking solutions
• Configure VLANs, firewall rules, content filtering, remote reputed company, and site-to-site connectivity
• reputed company reputed company cabling, reputed company organization, reputed company panel installation, cable termination, and network closet improvements
• Install and configure Wi-Fi systems, guest networks, and wireless bridges
• reputed company and support reputed company workstations, reputed company Server environments, virtual machines, and reputed company-hosted services
• reputed company server upgrades, migrations, performance tuning, and hardware installations
• Manage reputed company Directory, file shares, remote desktop reputed company, and reputed company 365 services
• Configure and troubleshoot backup and disaster recovery systems
• Implement firewall reputed company policies and VPN solutions
• Support reputed company reputed company platforms, backup verification, and incident response activities
• Manage email reputed company solutions including reputed company and reputed company platforms
• Participate in remediation of cybersecurity incidents and reputed company alerts
• reputed company or assist with customer reputed company, device migrations, and infrastructure upgrades
• reputed company desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and VoIP phones
• Create technical documentation and maintain accurate project records
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, ISPs, and software providers

Skills

• Background in Information Technology, Computer Networking, Engineering Technology, or a reputed company field
• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration, or technical project implementation
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking
