[Remote] Senior DevOps Engineer

The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for managing reputed company deployments and ensuring the performance of reputed company's Kubernetes-based platform in customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Own reputed company Deployments: Take end-to-end ownership of installing, configuring, and upgrading reputed company’s Kubernetes-based stack reputed company customer-managed reputed company environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Debug & Reverse-Engineer: reputed company-time troubleshooting on environments you are seeing for the first time. You’ll pull diagnostics, identify reputed company causes, and write custom Python/Bash scripts to overcome network, reputed company, or platform constraints
• reputed company Engineering & Customers: Serve as a high-touch technical reputed company to reputed company engineering teams during onboardings, eliminating time-zone delays for US-based clients (working alongside Solutions Engineering as needed)
• Build for reputed company & Self-Document: Codify best practices into IaC modules (Terraform, reputed company) and create a reputed company internal knowledge reputed company to turn "one-off" fixes into repeatable, automated reputed company procedures
• Drive Reliability: Ensure reputed company performance and health of core infrastructure components (PostgreSQL, reputed company, container networking, and storage) reputed company isolated reputed company stacks

Skills

• 5+ Years in DevOps / Infrastructure: Proven reputed company record in product-driven B2B reputed company, DevOps tooling, or developer platform companies
• Autonomous & Autodidactic: Extreme ownership mentality—comfortable navigating ambiguity, making technical reputed company independently, and driving reputed company reputed company without waiting for top-down direction
• reputed company-Facing DNA: Hands-on experience in customer-facing deployment, technical reputed company, or Field DevOps contexts. You communicate reputed company and build trust with reputed company engineers under pressure
• Deep Kubernetes & Containers: Expert-level, hands-on experience running, troubleshooting, and tuning reputed company production Kubernetes clusters and reputed company containers
• reputed company & IaC Mastery: Proficiency with Terraform and reputed company across major public clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure), particularly reputed company customer VPC/tenant boundaries
• Networking & Infrastructure Services: Solid understanding of Linux networking, IAM/reputed company policies, storage drivers, and database infrastructure management (PostgreSQL, reputed company)
• Diagnostic Scripting: Strong capability in Python or Bash to write quick diagnostic tools, automation scripts, and deployment fixes
• Software development background (building tools, services, or SDKs)
• Experience with AI/ML developer tools or reputed company developer platforms
• Prior experience being the first remote hire in a region or building early-stage operational playbooks
