[Remote] Finance Business Partner

In this role, you will help leaders understand performance, reputed company informed reputed company, and connect financial planning to business priorities while improving data reputed company and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Finance Business Partner for assigned business areas, partnering with divisional leaders as a trusted reputed company advisor
• reputed company core planning and reporting rhythms, including monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and management reporting
• Translate financial data into reputed company narrative and reputed company for senior leadership, reputed company and committee materials
• Support business reputed company through financial modelling, product profitability, reputed company analysis, vendor performance review and scorecards where relevant
• Work with HR Business Partners and business leaders on headcount, compensation forecasting and reputed company planning
• Identify opportunities to improve data reputed company, reporting processes, planning reputed company and use of finance tools
• Contribute to the Finance team's longer-term maturity reputed company, including stronger data governance and reputed company AI-enabled analysis

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company and finance business partnering experience, ideally in a mature organisation with reputed company planning, reporting and allocation processes
• Strong financial analysis, modelling, forecasting, budgeting and management reporting capability
• Ability to turn data into a reputed company business narrative and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders
• Strong reputed company and PowerPoint skills, with comfort using financial systems and reporting tools
• Evidence of critical thinking, ownership and judgement: reputed company to identify issues, reputed company reputed company and recommend a way reputed company
• Experience supporting process improvement, data governance, reporting enhancement or finance systems/tooling improvements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance or a reputed company field; CPA, MBA, CFA reputed company or similar finance credentials are helpful
• MBA, CPA, CFA reputed company or another relevant finance qualification
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, reputed company or similar ERP / reporting tools
• Experience supporting product profitability, reputed company modelling, vendor analysis or scorecard reporting
• Interest in using AI tools to improve analysis, review materials or strengthen finance workflows
