[Remote] Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will conduct comprehensive financial analyses to assess reputed company reputed company Estate assets, specifically Manufactured Housing, and support the preparation of financial analyses and market data for reputed company-facing documents.

Responsibilities

• Own the process of analyzing P&L statements and rent rolls
• Manage and update databases tracking investment sales activity, construction pipelines, and other key reputed company estate metrics
• Occasionally present analyses and reputed company support to clients
• Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic and demographic trends
• Conduct research and write market intelligence for marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and reputed company
