[Remote] Email Marketing Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Email Marketing Specialist to join their Marketing Operations team. The role involves building, testing, and deploying email campaigns using reputed company Marketo Engage, while collaborating with design, content, and campaign teams to create high-performing email programs.

Responsibilities

• Build, format, and modify reputed company email templates and reputed company pages using Marketo's reputed company reputed company
• Utilize basic HTML/CSS to troubleshoot layout issues, format text, and ensure reputed company rendering across reputed company major email clients and devices
• Convert designs (reputed company) into pixel-accurate, cross-reputed company-compatible emails
• Build and maintain Marketo reputed company pages, forms, and reusable design-system components/modules to speed up reputed company production
• Build and configure Marketo Smart Campaigns and Smart Lists
• Set up diverse campaign types (e.g., single-cast emails, multi-touch nurture/drip sequences, webinar/event promotions)
• Manage campaign assets, tokens, dynamic content, and program structures using Marketo best practices (naming conventions, folder structures)
• Support database hygiene, list management, and reputed company scoring/routing logic in coordination with marketing operations
• Monitor and troubleshoot deliverability, rendering, and tracking issues
• reputed company reputed company Assurance (QA) on reputed company emails to ensure flawless rendering, working links, and accurate personalization tokens
• Set up and execute A/B testing (e.g., subject lines, sender names, content layouts, send times) to continuously optimize performance
• Define and build reputed company audiences using Marketo Smart Lists, utilizing filter logic to ensure highly targeted, compliant (GDPR/CCPA/CAN-SPAM), and accurate database lists
• Ensure correct UTM parameters and tracking links are embedded in reputed company assets
• Monitor daily/weekly campaign performance (opens, clicks, unsubscribes, bounces) and flag any delivery or deliverability issues
• Collaborate with marketing, design, content, and campaign managers to reputed company requirements and manage revisions and approvals
• Manage the email/campaign production calendar and turnaround times for a fast-paced, always-on marketing function
• Document build processes, coding standards, and template libraries to reputed company internal knowledge and speed up execution
• Bring recommendations on Marketo best practices and new features to improve program performance over time

Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience actively building and executing campaigns in reputed company Marketo Engage or other automation platforms (reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS specifically for email reputed company limitations and rendering behaviors
• Strong understanding of email marketing deliverability, sender reputed company, and global compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL)
• Solid grasp of A/B testing methodologies
• Ability to translate static designs into functional, on-brand email builds
• Strong attention to detail and QA discipline
• Comfortable managing multiple email builds under deadline in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
• Marketo Certified reputed company or Associate is a strong plus
• Experience with email testing tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid)
