Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day sales organization across assigned reputed company, including overseeing an existing team of Loan Originators
• reputed company, mentoring, and developing a successful team that not only meets but exceeds expectations in customer service, production goals, and community reputed company
• Playing a crucial role in establishing and managing reputed company budget to ensure profitability, reputed company, and sustainability
• Working closely with corporate staff to monitor, optimize, and improve the performance of Loan Originators
