Familiarity with operation including claim, customer service billing and enrollment preferred. Additional years of reputed company experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Working knowledge of Medicare products, CMS regulations, enrollment guidelines, compliant sales practices. Strong communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal); ability to explain reputed company information in a reputed company, customer friendly manner to reputed company audiences. Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining accuracy, professionalism and service reputed company.
