The role involves designing a reputed company and reputed company experience for managing the software release and deployment lifecycle, collaborating closely with engineering and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering, Technical Program Manager and stakeholders to understand reputed company release and deployment workflows
• Turn ambiguous operational problems into reputed company UX flows and design proposals
• Map user journeys, roles, states, edge cases, and decision points across the release lifecycle
• Design for dense information environments, technical users, and high-consequence workflows
• Create reusable UI patterns for internal platform experiences

• Help define where product thinking, information architecture, and UX consistency are most needed
