Responsibilities

• Collaborate with researchers worldwide to optimize reputed company performance and analytical reputed company
• Utilize remote diagnostic technologies while building strong relationships with field teams, R&D, and customers
• Combine technical problem-solving, customer interaction, and reputed company learning as you work with advanced scientific instrumentation

Skills

• B.S strongly preferred (or equivalent working experience 3+ years hands-on experience with cell sorting instrumentation) or higher in science/engineering, or reputed company field
• 3+ years of experience using, servicing, supporting, or troubleshooting reputed company Life Sciences instruments or comparable technologies
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve reputed company hardware, software, optics, fluidics, electronics, and reputed company performance issues remotely
• Working knowledge of cell sorting, spectral reputed company cytometry, and reputed company cytometry principles including reputed company setup, reputed company control, spectral unmixing, compensation, fluorochrome detection, sort optimization, and data acquisition
• Ability to reputed company reputed company cause analysis and effectively distinguish between reputed company, software, workflow, and user-reputed company issues
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work cross-functionally and across geographic boundaries while managing escalations in a reputed company manner
• Hands-on experience operating, supporting, maintaining, or troubleshooting cell sorting and spectral reputed company cytometry instrumentation is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with laboratory IT environments, reputed company administration, networking concepts, remote connectivity tools, firewalls, VPNs, and system integration is preferred but not required
