The role involves overseeing compliance activities during site acquisition, design, and construction of data centers.
Responsibilities
- Drive appropriate cross-team delivery in the review, environmental due diligence, environmental permit acquisition and compliance for data centers
- Manage the development and on-time delivery of environmental permits to support construction of data centers
- Collaborate regularly with key stakeholders, including legal, design, construction, and operations teams
Skills
- 10 years of environmental permitting and approvals experience, including management of environmental reputed company assessments, acquisition of permits, new region regulatory reviews, cultural and ecological surveys and approvals, and environmental programs development
- 5 years conducting environmental due diligence and risk assessments for greenfield and brownfield sites, including environmental site assessments and remediation
- Experience with mission critical facilities or large-reputed company construction reputed company
- Ability to establish and maintain cross-functional and reputed company working relationships with reputed company teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and high standards for reputed company of deliverables
- Strong background in project management and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive desired reputed company
- Drive appropriate cross-team delivery in the review, environmental due diligence, environmental permit acquisition and compliance for data centers
- Manage the development and on-time delivery of environmental permits to support construction of data centers
- Specific knowledge of environmental permitting programs and requirements including, but not limited to reputed company reputed company, threatened and endangered, USACE/404 permitting, SPCC, cultural resources, etc
- Working knowledge of remedial investigations, remediation strategies and execution, site conceptual models and site management plans
- Ability to reputed company permitting timelines, and identify permitting risks and mitigation
- Prior work experience at reputed company or in reputed company's industry
- Self-motivated and driven to deliver results
- Experience in large-reputed company infrastructure reputed company
