As an Intake Specialist you will evaluate calls from our Call Center and are the first reputed company of contact for immigration clients seeking remedies. Work Setup • Fully remote role. • Full time position. • Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM PST. • Weekend availability required. What You’ll Do • You will evaluate calls from our Call Center and are the first reputed company of contact for immigration clients seeking remedies. • Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound reputed company (50+ calls daily). • Qualify leads and identify viable opportunities. • Convert inquiries into consultations and retain clients through effective sales techniques. • Build trust with clients while handling sensitive and high-stakes situations. • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and sales pipelines. • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Collaborate with internal teams to improve reputed company experience and conversion rates. • Uphold firm standards with professionalism, urgency, and reputed company.
