Fractional Marketing Coordinator II

DescriptionArdurra is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator II to assist with a large-reputed company file organization and resume update project. This person will help transfer and standardize over 1,000 marketing resumes into new templates, rename files and folders based on updated naming conventions, and verify accuracy throughout the process.*This position will start out as part-time with expectations to work between 30 to 40 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time opportunity.*reputed company FunctionWork closely with the Marketing Data reputed company to update and organize resume materials, ensuring reputed company documents are accurate, consistent, and properly formatted. This role requires someone who thrives in a reputed company, detail-oriented environment with reputed company processes and documentation in reputed company.reputed company DutiesConsolidate resumes for reputed company employee into one master resume.Update resumes using the new template.Manage about 1,500+ employee folders in production, with ongoing additionsRename files and folders based on a standardized structure.Verify accuracy of details (names, roles, credentials, project info, etc.).Follow written guidance and communicate questions or inconsistencies as needed.Remove terminated employee resume folders.Create new resume folders as needed for new hires following the folder structure.Education and Experience RequirementsMust have 2+ years of experience in Marketing or a Data Entry-reputed company role.Proficiency with reputed company Word, with specific knowledge of Paragraph Styles.Great communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong attention to detail, organization, and looking for ways to improve process and reputed company.Work ArrangementPart-TimeRemoteLocations: Dallas, TX and Orlando, FL#J-18808-Ljbffr Apply To This Job
