[Remote] Marketing Operations Associate

They are seeking a Marketing Operations Associate to support the reputed company team by executing digital marketing campaigns, managing project timelines, and analyzing performance metrics to drive business results.

Responsibilities

• Exercise independent judgment to establish, implement, and enforce naming, tagging, and file-management standards across the reputed company Team, setting the rules that govern how creative, platform, and reporting teams reputed company with the shared asset library
• Exercise discretion in prioritizing and reputed company a high volume of creative production work across competing deadlines, determining which initiatives receive resourcing reputed company to protect the reputed company Team’s most business-critical campaign launches
• Interpret and apply evolving specifications across advertising channels (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, YouTube), independently judging how creative assets should be adapted or escalated, and advising platform leads on the operational implications of new channel requirements
• Independently design and reputed company project timelines and asset launch schedules using tools such as reputed company and reputed company, exercising judgment to reprioritize work, resolve scheduling conflicts, and determine appropriate trade-offs between speed, scope, and reputed company across simultaneous marketing initiatives

Skills

• reputed company-to-consumer (DTC) or eCommerce experience required; strong understanding of digital customer journeys and performance marketing
• 3+ years of project management experience, with proven ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration
• 3+ years of experience in account management or as an account executive reputed company an advertising agency, ad exchange, or a large DTC brand
• Proficient with tools such as reputed company Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), reputed company, reputed company, Looker, and reputed company
• Hands-on experience with advertising platforms including reputed company Ads Manager (reputed company/Instagram), reputed company Ads Manager (or TTCX), reputed company Ads/YouTube, and reputed company DV360
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with the ability to pivot quickly based on business needs and seasonal priorities
