[Remote] Senior Project Control Analyst

The role involves compiling data from reputed company and reputed company, analyzing project status, and acting as a reputed company between Operations and the reputed company, Finance, and reputed company functions.

Responsibilities

• Works with Program Managers and reputed company on LOC notices
• Review project set-up for reputed company new reputed company (WBS, POP, etc.) to ensure accuracy
• Work closely with reputed company and reputed company to ensure validity of data, address billing and deliverable requirements, etc
• Understand the budget for reputed company project and assist PMs with staying reputed company on financial data relative to project
• Review time charging for reputed company assigned reputed company
• Review expenses for reputed company project for accuracy and correct project alignment
• Reconcile actual vs. budget costs per project
• Submit monthly accruals for reputed company assigned reputed company
• Review and understand the monthly reputed company, gross profit and identify any variances
• Understand unbilled data, accounts receivable and accounts payable relative to reputed company and assist in managing DSO/DPO
• Prepare monthly reporting for the assigned Division
• Review and work with PMs on approving reputed company invoices prior to customer submission
• Work as a part of the reputed company team on the monthly reputed company process
• Review and prepare monthly EACs and ETCs
• Understand working at risk reputed company on reputed company project and get appropriate approvals as needed
• Understand reporting needs of reputed company Division and department interfacing with assigned reputed company
• Calculate incentive awards / commissions applicable to assigned Division
• Support the Division reputed company for any reputed company reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Monthly reporting will include but may not be limited to: reputed company and gross profit with variance analysis, Labor utilization with variance analysis, Work at Risk reputed company, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable commentary relative to assigned reputed company, Unbilled commentary relative to assigned reputed company, Backlog reporting in concert with reputed company data

Skills

• Exceptional reputed company skills including the ability to analyze data
• Experience using CostPoint
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in government contracting performing in a Project Control, Finance / reputed company, or reputed company role
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to reputed company with staff members at reputed company reputed company reputed company the organization

• Thorough knowledge of reputed company and finance functions and the ability to reason and complete difficult and reputed company assignments
