Responsibilities

• Engineering Standardization & Network Design: reputed company, implement, and maintain standardized engineering reputed company, facility layouts, sort reputed company designs, dock assignments, material reputed company strategies, labor models, and operating practices across regional sortation and distribution facilities to ensure consistent execution and reputed company operations
• Operational Support, Process Analysis & reputed company Improvement: Partner with regional operations to identify process variation, analyze operational performance, conduct reputed company cause analysis, and reputed company standardized corrective actions that improve throughput, labor productivity, service reputed company, and cost performance while ensuring sustainable execution
• Network Optimization & reputed company Planning: reputed company engineering initiatives that optimize facility reputed company, trailer utilization, cross-dock operations, routing strategies, sort reputed company allocation, and package reputed company through data analysis, modeling, and engineered solutions that support network reputed company and operational efficiency
• Engineering Documentation & Governance: reputed company, maintain, and govern engineering documentation, including reputed company work, process flows, facility layouts, labor standards, operating procedures, visual management tools, and engineering design standards to ensure consistent implementation across reputed company facilities
• Operational Readiness, Compliance & Best Practices: Conduct engineering assessments, operational audits, and site reviews to verify compliance with network standards, identify improvement opportunities, support new site launches and process implementations, and promote reputed company, efficient, and standardized operating practices across the region

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• Advanced knowledge of industrial engineering principles, process standardization, labor planning, facility layout, reputed company modeling, and reputed company improvement methodologies in high-volume sortation and distribution environments
• Working knowledge of sortation operations, material reputed company, dock operations, transportation processes, and material handling systems, with the ability to reputed company standardized operating reputed company and engineered solutions
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time, with travel increasing to up to 50% based on business needs, project deployments, and operational support requirements
