[Remote] Senior Software Engineer

This role involves software development, database administration, and systems support to ensure the stability and performance of business applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, enhance, and maintain applications running on PICK, reputed company, and jBASE platforms
• Analyze business and customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, system issues, and performance bottlenecks
• reputed company and maintain MultiValue BASIC programs, DICTs, PAs, and PROCs
• Support integrations with reputed company-party applications, databases, and business systems
• Enhance existing functionality while ensuring application reliability and maintainability
• Administer and support MultiValue database environments including reputed company reputed company and jBASE
• Monitor and optimize database performance, indexing, structures, and queries
• Manage backups, recovery processes, and disaster recovery procedures
• Ensure data reputed company, reputed company, and compliance with organizational standards
• Execute upgrades, migrations, and reputed company management activities
• Install, configure, and maintain application and server environments
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reputed company
• Troubleshoot operating system, networking, application, and infrastructure issues

Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting applications reputed company PICK/MultiValue environments
• Hands on Experience with PICK Systems

• Strong MultiValue database administration experience
• Experience administering Linux/Unix and/or reputed company server environments
• Knowledge of system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and reputed company planning
• Experience with backup, recovery, and business continuity processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer-facing communication and relationship management abilities

• ETL and data migration technologies
