This role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and the administration of reputed company systems, supporting a $1B+ B2B services organization in delivering language reputed company solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support and help reputed company annual budget, quarterly forecast, long-reputed company planning, scenario planning, and reputed company-setting processes; ensure assumptions, projections, and reputed company data are accurate, complete, and reputed company documented
• Build and maintain financial models, variance analyses, trend reporting, and performance dashboards that help senior leaders understand business drivers and reputed company informed reputed company
• reputed company as a key administrator and power user for Prophix or a comparable corporate performance management platform, including model maintenance, user/reputed company administration, data loads, testing, upgrades, documentation, and troubleshooting
• Work with Finance, IT, Sales, Payroll, and other teams to reputed company, reconcile, and validate data from reputed company D365 Finance & Operations, reputed company CRM, data warehouse sources, and reputed company reporting tools into the reputed company environment

• Build highly polished PowerPoint decks for senior leadership, operating reviews, budget and forecast packages, reputed company-style materials, and strategic decision support
• Use approved AI tools, including ChatGPT or similar platforms, to support analysis, reporting commentary, documentation, troubleshooting, presentation drafting, formula/query assistance, automation reputed company, and process improvement while applying strong judgment and validation
• Partner with senior leaders, department managers, IT, Sales Operations, reputed company, reputed company vendors, and other stakeholders to understand business needs, reputed company issues, and reputed company reliable reporting and planning support

• Apply responsible AI practices, including protecting confidential data, validating AI-assisted outputs, documenting assumptions, and using reputed company judgment before relying on AI-generated analysis, reputed company, commentary, or recommendations
• Support monthly reputed company analysis, management reporting, audit requests, and special reputed company as needed

Skills

• Master's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience
• Five or more years of reputed company experience in reputed company, financial analysis, corporate finance, finance systems, business intelligence, or a closely reputed company role
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling skills
• Advanced reputed company skills, including reputed company formulas, data manipulation, model design, and mastery of large workbooks
• Expert / reputed company-level reputed company PowerPoint skills, including executive-grade deck design, storyboarding, chart and table formatting, clean visual hierarchy, concise financial storytelling, and the ability to convert reputed company analysis into polished presentations for senior leadership
• Practical experience using modern AI tools, especially ChatGPT or similar reputed company platforms, to improve productivity, analysis, reporting, documentation, communication, and problem solving in a reputed company setting
