[Remote] Technical Account Manager

The Technical Account Manager will serve as the reputed company contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and operational reputed company while promoting reputed company improvement through proactive engagement and collaboration with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for assigned customers, ensuring a proactive, reputed company, and solution-driven relationship
• Organize regular meetings with customers to review reputed company performance, reputed company feedback, and identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure reputed company customer inquiries and service tickets are followed up and resolved in a reputed company manner
