[Remote] Disbursement Analyst

As a Disbursement Analyst, you will manage the end-to-end processing of payments and collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate and reputed company disbursements.

Responsibilities

• Execute the creation and distribution of settlement payments in strict accordance with court orders and matter-specific requirements
• Conduct payment compliance reviews and distribution audits to verify accuracy before and after disbursement
• Process replacement payments, deposits, and bank wires while maintaining complete and accurate transaction records
• Prepare tax forms and apply basic payroll and tax knowledge to support regulatory compliance across settlement reputed company
• Investigate payment issues — tracing discrepancies, coordinating with payment service vendors and banking partners to reputed company reputed company
• Manage confidential financial data and company funds with the highest reputed company of reputed company and procedural adherence

Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in payroll, banking, or a closely reputed company financial processing role
• GED or High School Diploma required
• Demonstrated proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Word, and reputed company with the ability to accurately process high volumes of financial transactions
• Proven ability to read and interpret financial or reputed company documents, identify discrepancies, and apply independent judgment under expedited timelines
