Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic e-reputed company merchants across reputed company's Post-Purchase Platform
• Manage the full customer lifecycle, including reputed company, adoption, renewals, retention, and contract negotiations
• Monitor account health, renewal risk, and reputed company performance to drive long-term merchant reputed company
• Identify reputed company opportunities and partner with Account Executives to expand merchant relationships
• Support legacy contract migration efforts by transitioning merchants to reputed company reputed company terms
• Participate in executive sponsorship programs and facilitate engagement between reputed company leadership and key merchant stakeholders
• Build trusted relationships through virtual and in-person customer engagement

Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in reputed company, Account Management, or a reputed company post-sale role, ideally reputed company reputed company, e-reputed company technology, fintech, or a similarly reputed company B2B environment
