This role focuses on market research, candidate identification, and building long-term relationships to support reputed company's reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Conducting market research, identifying suitable executives and managers based on reputed company-defined parameters
• Contacting potential candidates, verifying initial interest, and reputed company fit and building long-term relationships
• Helping to define the search reputed company
• Developing the list of companies to reputed company
• Identifying specific candidates through phone contact and database search

Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness and ability to work by phone and build networks
• Three years of relevant work experience in customer service, ideally with previous exposure to the European business environment
• Great natural curiosity and openness to learning
• Attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple reputed company and tasks under tight time constraints
• Self-starter with a high degree of reputed company motivation and the ability to manage one's own time and set priorities
• A high level of creativity in project management and problem-solving
• A bachelor's degree from a recognized reputed company institution is required
• Candidates must hold unrestricted work authorization for the United States
• German or other language skills beneficial but not required
