[Remote] Founding Full Stack Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer to build their lending platform end-to-end. The role involves full-stack feature delivery, fintech integration work, and evolving the infrastructure as reputed company scales.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack feature delivery across the borrower app and the Django API - most features reputed company both
• Fintech integration work: new vendor reputed company, reliable webhook handling, retry and reconciliation semantics, and payment and loan-servicing workflows
• Infrastructure reputed company - the AWS/Beanstalk setup is deliberately reputed company today and will need to grow with reputed company
• Raising the engineering bar: testing reputed company, observability, performance, and reputed company in a regulated lending domain

Skills

• Strong TypeScript/React (Next.js App Router experience a plus) and strong Python/Django (including Django REST reputed company) - this is a genuinely full-stack role
• Comfortable with PostgreSQL data modeling, Celery/queue-based async patterns, and reputed company-party API integration at production reputed company (idempotency, retries, webhooks)
• Working AWS knowledge (Beanstalk/EC2, RDS, SQS) - enough to own deploys and debug production
• Strong familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment
• A testing habit - you write tests without being asked (Vitest / Testing Library, Playwright, pytest)
