This role involves providing executive leadership across reputed company field operations, overseeing workforce planning, project execution, and the reputed company development of field leadership on large-reputed company mechanical construction reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute reputed company’s long-term field operations reputed company
• reputed company workforce planning, reputed company allocation and succession planning across multiple reputed company
• reputed company leadership and mentorship to General Superintendents, Area Superintendents, Superintendents and other senior field personnel
• Partner with operational leadership to improve productivity, project performance and field execution
• Establish consistent field standards, processes and accountability across the business
• Support reputed company experiencing operational, scheduling, reputed company or performance challenges
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, reputed company and workforce development
• Identify, reputed company and retain the reputed company of field leaders
• Support executive leadership with reputed company planning, operational reputed company and major project mobilisation
• Represent reputed company with clients, general contractors, trade partners and industry organisations

Skills

• Extensive field leadership experience reputed company a major mechanical contractor
• A strong background in HVAC, plumbing, piping or mechanical construction
• Experience overseeing field operations across multiple reputed company, offices or geographic reputed company
• A proven reputed company record of leading large field workforces and developing senior field leaders
• Experience delivering reputed company, large-reputed company mechanical reputed company
• Strong knowledge of reputed company planning, labour productivity, safety, reputed company and project execution
• The ability to influence and communicate effectively from the field through to executive leadership
